AI creates a lot of noise for us engineers. Separating the hype from what actually works is exactly where I love stepping in.
When AI agents arrived, the promise felt limitless - but real-world deployment brings friction: security risks, high maintenance, unpredictable costs, production errors. I’ve spent the time experimenting: context window optimization, prompt architecture, multi-agent frameworks, internal knowledge bases, agentic SDLC ,custom harnesses.
There’s no magic formula for reliable agent orchestration. There are, however, systematic and repeatable engineering practices that work in messy, real-world environments. Today I help R&D teams skip the trial-and-error and build AI systems that actually work.
